My blog is about my little house, Long Jetty and it’s surrounding suburbs, however today I ventured out, away from Long Jetty to visit a friend who lives at Avoca Beach. I have been told many times that the Avoca Beach Markets were great so it was time I investigated for myself.
They didn’t disappoint. “With a beach front winning location, decor with bursts of colour, high quality stalls day, and a place the community can meet, shop, dine at the local cafes, and spend the weekend, this unique boutique market is a chance to showcase creative souls right here on the Central Coast doorstep” – http://www.visitnsw.com/events/avoca-beachside-markets.
It is the location and atmosphere that make these markets truly special and the diversity of stalls was brilliant, each being unique and interesting in their own way so it was easy to meander through the crowds of people under the old fig trees by the waters edge on a rather chilly Sunday.
Here are some pictures from today. How lovely. I came home feeling inspired to do some more projects for myself!
More from me soon x

That food looks mighty good!!
The girls and myself will have to get up to the markets, they look great!
